This is just a rep. Of what you will be receiving. We recently acquired and stripped several Mazak Lathes. They included a QUICK SLANT 30, QS20 & QST30 CNC Turning Centers.

Not sure of what size machines this will fit, but the key on back is 1-7/8" Wide x 3-15/16" Long. Overall the back plate measures 5-5/16" x 3-15/16" +/. The hole diameter for tool is 2" and the bolt hole pattern is APPROXIMATELY 2-7/8" and 4-1/4 Center of the hole to center of the hole! They have #15811 stamped on them. We have several in stock - this is a representative photo!! Dimensions: 7" x 5" x 4. Note: This is solely a cosmetic description of the item.
