Holder comes with only what is pictured no screws. These holders came with a new machine direct from Okuma and the user only does OD turning so has no need for them. Bolt pattern is 80mm X 45mm that will fit 12mm bolts. The ID is 40mm metric. The block size is 4 wide X 3.250 deep X 2.5 high.
